Analyse usage of inventory per machine types plus aftermarket business and optimize accordingly. 13. Responsible for inventory usage and reduction of Excess & Obsolete materials. 14. Ensure all MM processes are maintained and updated as needed. 15. Responsible for CIP projects for responsible processes and teams. 16. Coordination with various sub functions like Third Party, marketing, Production dept. Commercial, Purchase Dept. Store Dept. QA/QC Department, and logistics Dept. 15. Monitoring “Yield & Machine Output” of production of all plants to improve the production & minimize Rejection. Improvement of productivity standards, Cost calculation. 16. Coordination with Third Party and Marketing Dept. for Get Purchase order, Daily updating orders with respect to Delivery. 17. Responsible for inventory management consumption and product yield monitoring and MRP Control. 18. Monthly / quarterly reviews with senior management.
