  • Prepare mechanical design calculation analysis for Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchanger in accordance to the governing code (ASME, PTS, TEMA) and client’s general specification. • Prepare thermal design calculation for Heat Exchanger in accordance to the TEMA standard and governing code. • Manage and advise on the accuracy of Pressure Vessel or Heat Exchanger drawing for construction, production and fabrication. • Proficient to interpret fabrication drawing. • Review design drawing based on client specification, standard and submits to Third Parties and relevant authorities for review and approval. • Review and ensure the drawing drawn by the drafters meet the design calculation and client specification. • Prepare Material Requisition for procurement to purchase material for fabrication. • Prepare estimation mechanical Calculation for Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchanger during the tendering stage. • Liaise with the QC/PROJECT/PURCHASING department to accomplish an awarded project.
