  SUMMARY OF TASKS & EXPERIENCES 1. Supervise & monitor various construction activities related to above ground piping. 2. Support subcontractors for the erection of above ground piping spools & coordination with drawings & materials availability. 3. Fully appraise with following day’s work in advance & discuss any special requirements with Area in Charge. 4. Coordinates with engineering & other department with regards to site modification & technical query. 5. Ensure the safety & effectiveness of piping construction activities with respect to the quality & schedule. 6. Follow-up & push subcontractors for better progress in day-to-day activities including precise keeping of records, paper works, and filing. 7. Prepare site instruction & review subcontractors’ construction technical query (CTQ) before forwarding to engineering. 8. Review & sign RFI (Request for Inspection) of subcontractors for equipment which are ready for client inspection. 9. Prepare daily production report & attend weekly meeting with the project manager. 10. Familiar with various codes & standards viz., ANSI, ASME, API, ASTM, etc. 11. Ensuring the construction works are carried out to the required project specification, drawing, and compliance to the specific ITP procedure. 12. Coordinate between fabrication QA/QC & planning. 13. Planning & execution of projects to ensure maximum productivity within optimum quality & in a safe environment. 14. Plan & organize, including generation of programs. Follow-up & optimize resource utilization. Control & monitoring of departments man-hour expenditure including indirect hours, overtimes, and day off to workers. 15. Plan daily supervisory & manpower distribution. 16. Ensure that the safety management programs on departments’ safety objectives are strictly followed & action is taken against defaulters to prevent recurrence.
