Calculate process cycle time/time study & efficiency up improvement. • Develop Okamochi system for changing Captip or Contact Tip for spot welding and Co2 welding, nut electrode and guide pin for projection welding process. • Support QC team to jig tuning (adjustment assembly jig) & checking part on CF (Checking fixture). • Respond to complaints and findings by PDI/QG/Customer. Investigation, identify root cause and do countermeasure arrangement with related department. Liaise with QA incoming for any problematic parts from suppliers. • Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) team for improvement on current condition (SQCDM) initiated by R & D. Windows between R & D and production team for new model/new line activities. • Created Location Concept Drawing (LCD), 3D Jig Review with maker, making improvement jig before tooling / fabricate assy jig. Buy off jig at maker (Namyang Tech, Changwon Korea) before handover to Mass Prod Team. Show less
