      -Implementing new and existing scientific monitoring methodologies to study and conserve the flora and fauna of the Johor Marine Park.- Assist and support all activities in marine and terrestrial conservation, including but not limited to, beach cleaning, education, research, environmental protection, sustainability and recycling initiatives to guests and employees.- Manage the collection and input of scientific data and contribute towards monthly and annual reporting.- Organize and participate in marine and terrestrial surveys.- Carry out morning, night-time and boat patrols – to monitor beaches and the surrounding islands for nesting sea turtles.- Assist the Project Manager with the successful running of TIC including the supervision of volunteers/interns, project logistics, hatchery management and administration.- Supervise volunteers/intern’s safety while completing field work, diving and other TIC activities field work. To complete and follow risk assessments for each activity.- Keep up to date with current scientific papers and conservation trends and communicate these to the TIC Team where appropriate.- Help to manage the TIC social media accounts by collecting videos/photos and uploading posts and stories.
