  Commencement start at 1st January 2023 * Provide daily BAU Level 2 (L2) Admin Support to all AIA BUs on SAP Cloud Solution for ARIBA SAP . * Provide daily BAU Level 2 (L2) Admin Support to all AIA BUs on SAP Cloud Solution for CONCUR T&E SAP . * Able to manage all aspect of business mapping, blueprinting and related configurations. * Ensure solutions are consistent with regional templates and ensure regional solution architect team is aligned. Key Responsibilites: * Troubleshoot & Daily Monitoring on SAP COE (Centre Of Excellence) SYSTEM (Ariba & Concur) * Monitor ARIBA SAP daily system log * Configuration Changes (e.g. modify form fields or approval workflow) * Confirm requirements with business users * Launch change request (PCR) at Concur / Ariba and confirm the service scope * Validate the changes / necessary improvement * Confirm with Concur / Ariba Consultants on deploying changes to production environment * Support Management on Business Unit * Serves as level 2 support for end users * Escalate support incidents as case types to Concur & Ariba vendor service admin team * Review calls with P2P Ariba Team on current utilization and optimization suggestions – weekly / monthly basis. * Participate in regional project activities mainly on regression test and hyper care activities. * Successful system and process integration, efficient SLA driven end-user support and communication. * Maintain and ensure accuracy of master data creation in system (employee and cost center). * Delivery of end user refresher training including web training on system navigation, function and reports. * Solution Manager for PCRs with backend changes in SAP FICO. * Participate in QEM (Quarterly Engagement Meetings) with business process owners. * Any other ad hoc system related issues to CONCUR , ARIBA , PeopleSoft and SAP PO integration.
