      Responsible for project from the beginning of flexible pipe manufacturing process up to delivery to the Client, including participating in the testing process for the pipe. - Handle all documents for flexible pipe to be review by the Client - Ensure that all items in the installation process for the pipe such as vault , flanges and the cannula is properly before the installation process is done by the production - Responsibilities to perform quality control operations and ensure traceability of each material before start use the material. - Responsibilities to perform manufacturing document for each manufacturing run example profiling process, extrusion process and spiraling process. - Do the inspections according to quality plan which have been provided by Technip and also according to client specification. - Do the visual inspection for every part of welding at pipe - Also witness and monitor welder qualification testing (WQT) for every project and welding machine qualification. - Responsibilities to perform NDT inspection such as Dye penetrant Testing (DPI), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPI) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) also visual inspection for the part of welding joint when fabrication process running. - Do the structure report for every manufacturing process of pipe. - Perform the electrical test such as electrical insulation test and discontinuity test according the Manufacturing Quality Plan (MQP) also known as Inspection Test Plan (ITP) - Monitor and witnessed Hydrostatic Testing (HT) from the beginning of the test until complete testing include check the condition of pigging for the test and the data of the test also prepare the Hydrostatic Testing Certificate, Chart and Pressure Gauge and Recorder Calibration Certificate. - Need to liaise with Third Party Inspector which selected by client for the whole of the manufacturing, testing and packing progress. - Also support OHSAS 18001,ISO 9001,API 16A & 16C,API17J,ISO/TS29001 Show less
