  -Involved in the TOP ROOF and Transfer Line Valve/Decoke Valve (TLV/DV) packages under the Furnace Safety and Reliability Improvement (SERAI) Project. -Monitored the performance of newly installed insulation system on the top roof of cracking furnace F-102. Measured the elongation of the inlet tube, hanger and outlet tube of F-102 and investigated how the installation of the Multitube Bellow (MTB) affected furnace operation and movement of the tubes. -Involved in the procurement and installation process of Transfer Line Valve/Decoke Valve (TLV/DV) for cracking furnace F-104 and F-106. Tracked the movement of parts and equipment involved in the installation from manufacturing phase until arrival at PCESB for installation during PCESB Mini Shutdown 2015. Ensured the equipment to arrive on site according to schedule and that they meet the required specifications set by PCESB as discussed during the engineering design phase. -Assisted the ET TECH team mainly in installation works of newly procured TLV/DV during PCESB Mini Shutdown 2015. Assisted in ensuring installation works were done according to schedule besides preventing any Health, Safety and Environment related issues. -Assisted the team in their daily tasks, main area and major activities.
