Applied the preventive maintenance and get involved with project management. 1) Boiler Overhaul Project - Get involved in servicing and cleaning activities especially on the fire tube, water drum, main hole, water alarm, blowdown valve, safety valve and ensure the 13 significant installation in good conditions due to comply with JKKP requirement. - Learn on the pressure setting in order to ensure the boiler operates until the pressure reached to 150 psi. - Get the explanation on the hazardous gas involved which contained inside the boiler by the gas tester (competence) and ensure it must below than 10% while the overhaul activities conducted. 2) Sludge Performance Monitoring Project - Collect the data from the IETS team on the weight of sludge produced per month in year 2015. - Construct the graphs weight of sludge against month based on the flow diagram, each of the area should be attached by the graph in order to monitor the sludge performance. - Perform an analysis based on the graph plotted. Sludge produced simply can be monitored by the patterns of the graph and ensure that the weight of sludge must achieved the target for 2015. 3) Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS) Water Balance Study. - Collect the data on the incoming volume of water at every IETS places. - Construct graphs based on incoming volume against month - Perform the calculation on the percentage of water losses or excess - Brainstorming with IETS supervisors on the countermeasure to avoid the water become more losses & excess - Express the analysis on the monitoring board in order to perceive the graph pattern.
