  • Assigned to the moulding department. Focusing on production output, works with some engineering and chemical material and reduce production rejects • Managed the sourcing of new vendors starting from requesting for quotation until the issuance of purchase order. • Some critical evaluation was done in terms of the commercial values, technical compliance, lead time delivery, disputes and claims. • Ensure all process control activities are carried out accordingly such as temperature verification, first cycle product check, moulding parameter setting, product hardness comply with customer requirement. • Develop product Moulding Process Instruction (MPI) and product Acceptance Criteria (ACC) based on sample verification from customer. • Taking part in technical clarification and meeting to get more clarity on requirements and specifications. • Daily production troubleshooting activities to reduce reject by using tools such as Fish bone and Rejection Report. • Take corrective action on non-conformance found in item • Assist Production Manager to ensure production meet customer delivery date.   Roller Adjustment project is a project that had been conducted to adjust the roller parameter so that it will be synchronize to other models. This is a part of project for Tool & Die Department. It took around 1 month to complete this project. Make a drawing using Autodesk Inventor software both for rack stand and cold drawn bar dust to make modification on the rack stand so that it will more convenient to load the cold drawn bar. Make a modification on the process tool at the Cold Drawn Bar Line. Develop New Standard Operating Procedure for Cold Drawn Bar Line Production. Monitor Inspection Jig for new stabilizer bar (car) model at Cold Bending Process. Polishing Bearing. Show less
