Consist of 14 wells (8 production; 4 Water Injection; 2 Gas Injection) with subsea tie back on semi-submersible Floating production System (FPS) name plate of 150 kbbl/day oil production.Act as Company Site Representative in engineering consultant office (Technip KL); delivering timely 700 nos Design Change Notice (DCN) engineering package, 1,200 nos Site Technical Query (STQ) engineering response from offshore and 500 nos Management of Change (MOC) request in 2.5 years. This was by effective deliverables monitoring and multidiscipline coordination resolution while having 2 direct report project engineers, 70 consultant engineers and 20 company discipline engineers.Achieved First Oil in Oct 2014, Water Injection in July 2015 and Gas Injection in Oct 2016. This was by result-oriented mentality with quality to ensure onshore support and offshore execution is managed smoothly.

This involved complex Greenfield and Brownfield scope and achieved top quartile certification by external benchmarking body (Independent Project Analysis IPA).• Flawless construction, commissioning and start up with 0 LTI and 0 leaks with strong HSE leadership and positive attitude to 1,200 direct workers on-site in one time. As Permit To Work (PTW) Authorized Engineer delivered safely 4.1 mill total man-hrs without LTI; by closed monitoring of PTW implementation and conducted daily safety audit.
