  1.Maintain Company's standard technical requirements for gas distribution system in order to ensure compliance with applicable design codes and standards, relevant laws and relevant authority requirements for reliable and sound system. 2.Develop the design for gas distribution system in order to ensure compliance with the Company's standard technical requirements and relevant authority having jurisdiction for a reliable and sound system. 3.Plan, develop and prepare tender documents for gas pipeline, regulating station and submit to P&C Dept. for tendering. 4.Develop and prepare technical specification for materials /equipment to be purchased for gas pipeline and regulating station projects and submit to technical planning section for tendering. 5.Closely monitor the project progress and performance of contractor in order to ensure compliance to the safety & quality, within the cost, timely completion of the project and comply with the relevant technical standards. 6.Review, make comment and recommend approval to Project Manager of all specifications, procedures, MPS, engineering calculations and AFC / As Built drawings submitted by Contractors in order to compliance with the Company’s standard technical requirements. 7.Review, comments and approve the pre-commissioning and commissioning procedure before commencement of the work. 8.Collate and analyze progress of projects and prepare project status reports in order to provide management with accurate data and information on the status of the project. 9.Verified progress payment submitted by contractor according to the actual site progress. 10.Prepare technical evaluation of a new contractor or new product and submit recommendation to Department Manager before the contractor or product can be called for tender or to be use in GMB pipeline system.
