• Preparation of System Manual. • Ensuring user’s satisfaction and to reduce complaints pertaining to IT tasks. • Taking care of TrendMicro Control Manager, Office Scan and the IMSS as well. • To ensure the tasks done and document complete meets the audits requirement. • To do a daily check and ensure all Backup process run successfully via Tape & Storage as well. • Oversee all incident, Service Request and Change Request which are channel to IT Services division. • Creation and deletion of Windows ID in AD & Email ID in exchange server for new & resignation staff. • Responsible to ensure to health check of Hyper-V and Storage Compellent to be in a good environment. • Responsible for arrival of new server by setup, configure and testing before move it to production environment. • Make sure there is no any issue with network & firewall, conduct with vendor for the advice if in case there is any issue. • Responsible to P2V servers which the warranty and support has been expired and decommission the old physical servers. • Responsible in creation, conversion, configuration and deletion of VMs in Hyper-V which located in Storage Compellent. • Schedule a Windows patching for server every quarter and get an approval from server owner for the installation of the KB files before proceed with the CR. • Raise a CR as per request by customer, prepare work plan & timeline, get approval from IT Director and implement the change with a successful result within downtime given by management.
