Perform data entry and data review using Promium LIMS as SOW specified. Review and validate US EPA organic analytical data independently using self-inspection submission. Review Method Compliance Report for Initial Assessment and Full Assessment defects and address defects as specified in SOW.Audits Attended:April 2021 US EPA CLP SFAM01.0 VIRTUAL AUDIT at Chemtex, Port Arthur Facility: US EPA CLP SFAM contract approved. I did virtual audits for VOAs, SVOAs, data reporting and data packages.April 2022 US EPA CLP SFAM01.1 ONSITE AUDIT at Chemtex, Port Arthur Facility: US EPA CLP SFAM contract renewal approved. I did virtual audits for VOAs, SVOAs, data reporting, data packages and part of QA/QC. Parameters demonstrated and analyzed includes CLP SFAM VOAs (Trace Water, Low Water, Low/Medium Soil, Trace SIM, TCLP-ZHE VOAs and MA analysis). CLP SFAM SVOAs (Full list Water, Low/Medium Soil, Waste Dilutions, PAH+PCP by SIM, 1,4-Dioxane by SIM and MA analysis).
