Overall responsibility of SIYB Training Program. Conduct training needs assessment to identify the gaps and prepare relevant course based on the findings and need analysis. Conduct trainings of Generate, Start & Improve Your Business (GYB, SYB and IYB) training packages within the timeframe agreed and ensure participants have access to all relevant training resources. Responsible for ensuring active participation by all participants in the full course through interactive training approaches - exercises, presentations, experiential learning and roleplays of Business Game Modules. Monitor the entrepreneurs’ Business plans and give proper feedback on the challenges faced and discuss with the client over the lessons learnt for future improvement. Prepare and submit the training activity report providing an overview of the training, key successes, challenges and recommendation on the way forward.
