John Harris

I had the fortune of working with Mo while at Auckland City council. Under some tight time frames and pressure from the business Mo was always there for us. This included 5am starts, the occasional all nighter, and he even came back from holiday to help us meet our goals. Mo managed the end users, communicating changes, outages, and providing technical expertise for several applications. Mo has a calm demeanor and doesn't get riled under pressure. I look forward to working with Mo again in the future.

Mohammed is very customer focused and was professional in the support role, ensuring the best result for all. A good skill I observed was his ability to judge when to follow process, follow up, follow through and when to push back when needed.
