  • Monitoring of all activities to ensure that the execution of the works on site are carried out according to technical specifications, Aramco standards, IFC drawings, and method statements, based on supplied ITP and Quality Procedures. • Monitoring site progress and report actual progress on daily basis to PM, updating in the approved baseline monthly/ weekly programs and the work plans. • Attend weekly and monthly meetings and prepare MOMs. • Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines. • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at the site in consultation with the Technical Coordinator, Construction Manager. • Read and understand IFC and Technical drawings, specifications, and other technical information. • Providing technical guidance to team members to ensure work performance as per contract terms • Meticulously maintaining all documents such as Drawings, files, specifications etc. and responsible for Drawings/Documents Submission • Guiding supervisors, foremans & labors in various construction sites for smooth work. • To Raise the RFI, FCR for any clarification of drawings & Execution of work. • To follow the shop drawings submission & get the approval from Structural designers. • Anchor and coordinate on-site activities to ensure smooth work progress and handle documentation thereby coordinating accordingly with Project Manager/engineers, QC engineers, and Clients. • Ensured adherence to Safety, Environment and Health standards in all functional areas and developed & implemented measures for enhancing safety levels.
