As an Operations Manager, I am responsible for the management of all pest control related activities and results in three branches of Truly Nolen International, Oman. My major job is to continuously monitor performance data, individual and overall trends and any other related issues that may require action. I directly manage members of the teams, area planning, and staff deployment. Key responsibilities Retention of Customers: To ensure contractual obligations to our customer base are met To increase and retain the number of individual contract customers, through new and additional business plus regular contact and high standards of workmanship To ensure the customer’s Pest Control needs are met by the branch Service and Sales: Full responsibility for the branches profit and loss To generate revenue streams against set targets To maintain monitoring systems for measuring sales. Analyse and report results and intervene wherever necessary. Inter Communication: To support Local Surveyors and Technicians through training, coaching and field accompaniment To oversee the resourcing, deployment and development of Service Technicians, Surveyors, Field Entomologist, Pest Control Specialist, and Team Leaders Other To ensure the business instructions regarding the HSE Health & Safety of staff and customers, other site contractors, the public and the environment are followed
