      I was a network engineer for work experience. I was given a range of tasks from basic remote customer support to visiting sites and doing direct hands on work like: • Installing IP Phones – Polycoms, Yealinks, Panasonic - configuring them with relevant settings.• Installing managed Wireless Access Points (Aerohive).• Assigning customer static IP addresses, creating customers their own requested DHCP pool with sub interface.• Provisioning IP phones for customers, before having them sent out for installation. I also participated in night shifts whilst working there where we scheduled and performed maintenance for equipment or circuit upgrades. This job helped me gain experience on how to handle stressed out customers and on a lot of hands on work.
