Setting up proposal department by developing plans, procedures and formats to bid for various sector RFP/tenders and training proposal team. Developing key plans for company such as HSE, QA/QC, Environmental, SOPs both in bid stage and project management stage. Identify business opportunities with new and existing tender submissions. Respond to client concerns and issues in timely manner. Provide direction and guidance to operations in their assigned projects. Determine site and project requirements and ensure that they are fulfilled promptly. To analyze the progress of revenue generation goals and make recommendations for adjustments / interventions as required. To identify opportunities to bid for and acquire new projects Developing technical proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs). Once new business has been secured, working with other department heads and staff to coordinate account startup and transition service or product delivery.
