 Planning a quarterly and annual budget for the college’s requirements and needs, including administrative expenses, research expenses, field activities.  Reviewing the offers submitted by the college to hospitals and health centers for the purpose of joint business and contracting to train students and making financial and technical feasibility, procedures, and requirements in line with the previously planned quarterly and annual budget.  Participating in the meetings of the College Council (the Dean and his deputies) to put forward the necessary recommendations and financial advice.  Participating in the workshops that are held at the beginning of each semester with the financial department, present the expected financial risks that the college will face for the next semester.  Coordination between the parties involved in financial procedures such as laboratories, libraries, registration department, student affairs and others.  Participating in committees organizing events held in the college, such as receiving new students at the beginning of each academic year, as well as conferences held in the college and events for receiving research bodies and others, and covering the financial aspect.  Providing financial and technical feasibility studies for the aspects of supporting students’ field visits to the contracting authorities, as well as research teams, as well as community activities, and submitting them to the Financial Department for review and approval Show less
