  1. Responsible for overall monitoring and controlling the Project MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Gas and Irrigation) to the Clients requirements. 2. Study the variations due to Client changes / Site requirements or Authority requirements and approve the costing prior to execution at site. 10. Conduct Weekly Review Meetings with all Contractors and sort out co-ordination issues and progress, and release Minutes of the Meeting with target dates and responsibilities. 11. Strict adherence to Quality Standards to ISO-9001, ISO-14001 and all relevant Standards being followed in the Project. Issuance of Non Conformity Reports and follow up on Corrective action and reporting. Zero tolerance to unsafe practices. Safety to human life will be utmost importance. 12. Work Inspection according to approved Shop drawings and inspection of materials according to approved Material Submittals on a daily basis and site visits. 13. Ensure availability of all Authority Approvals prior to commencing the work at site and periodic review for validity. 14.
