Lead a 6 member team ensuring that students and advisors are well informed about the Graduation application deadlines, notifying students of their graduation status, ordering diplomas for approved students, running reports and ensuring that NYIT policies are followed when evaluating students for graduation. Worked in the Registrar's Office interacting with students helping them at the window on weekends and late nights during Registration period and other occasions as needed.Built and maintain Degree Audit (Program Evaluation) for NYIT Academic Programs.Collaborated with a team of 3 to implement Online Services provided by the Registrar's Office to the entire NYIT Community. Conducted training sessions for both Faculty and Students about Online services provided by NYIT including LDAP Username and Password Service.Maintained the NYIT Inventory of Academic Programs, create and test it in Datatel after receiving approval from the NYSED and NYIT Registrar.Extract, send and refresh data for commencement tickets.Ran reports in Datatel and used MS Access, Excel and other tools to deliver the requested data.Created rules in Datatel and reports to extract data for requests from within the Registrar's Office and also from other departments with the Registrar's approval.Represented Registrar's Office in committees and subcommittees including Planning & Assessment, Datatel User Group, Data Warehouse, etc.Served as acting Associate Registrar at NYIT, Manhattan campus for 18 months in addition to providing continuous support in graduation and degree audit.
