Pneumatic test witnessed for nozzle re-enforcement pads.• Identifying the type of welding joints according to size, materials and site conditions.• Inspection & supervision of spool fabrication, which include dimensional and quality checking.• Audit the sub-contractor to verify that the QA/QC approved forms are used and the quality of work is properly verified and documented, and prepare finding and report.• Monitor and witness insulation of pipes, equipment, storage tanks, and co-ordination with sub- contractor, attend meeting with the sub-contractor to resolve technical, QC and construction issues.
