  Preparation of Invoices, Import and Export shipments Billing work & working on shipment interface system. 2)Custom Duty Invoices and Handling and allocating resolve invoices to Associates and get them processed on time. 3)Handling the escalation of invoices and after getting the resolution from client end, make the invoice in to paid status. 4) Attending client calls for clarifications, regarding VAT payments. 5)Ensure to get the invoice from the suppliers with all VAT compliance. 6)Shipments Validation, Shipment Export & import Data Entry. 7)Checking of Way Bill monthly entries and provisioning for pending invoices referring to the Contracts and Reversing the previous month provisions on booking of actual invoice. 8)Preparing & accounting of all the provision workings –for e.g.: Shipment Special Delivery Charges, Additional Charges, Ware house rents, Promotions, Hotel expenses and Remote area shipment charges. 9)Expertise in quality check of payment. 10) Complete responsibility in month end & year End accounting & billing. 11) Team Co-ordination for the month closing activities.
