  Currently working for ‘Systems Design Company’ from 2007 - Present My role as project manager is to be responsible for Ensuring that a project is completed on time and within budget, that the project's objectives are met and that everyone else is doing their job properly. Projects are usually separate to usual day-to-day business activities and require a group of people to work together to achieve a set of specific objectives. Also overseeing the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied. Responsible for: 1- Agreeing project objectives. 2- Providing advice on the management of projects. 3- Carrying out risk assessment. 4- Making sure that all the aims of the project are met. 5- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. 6- Ensure resource availability and allocation. 7- Report and escalate to management as needed. 8- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. 9- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. My previous projects: - Saudi Media City: It’s a media city facility based on KSA and includes earth satellite station and MCR facility for 30 channels and 5 studios. - D-MEDIA Channels Group : Egyptian TV channels group. This project consist of various integrated equipment and solutions from around 15 vendors. - Rotana International Group : (System Upgrade): Its TV channels group consist of 14 On-Air channels powered by Imagine Communications solutions. Has been delivered within two months. - ANA Agency : Its News agency in Egypt. Has been delivered within two months. - CBC EXTRA Channel : Egyptian news channel powered by GrassValley MAM solution. - HorizonTech service provider: Its service provider based in UK for cloud software solution.
