  Basketball has seen rapid growth in the recent two years, becoming the second most popular team sport in terms of participation in the UK, being especially popular in younger communities. Founding UK Basketball Coaching was to support the infrastructure needed, to ensure that basketball coaches are trained, equipped and supported through out their journey as a coach. Recruitment, operations, marketing and deployment are a few of the key roles which I managed. Our Objective through key operations, is to create independence for coaches, clubs and CIC's looking to use basketball as their primary means of income. The more coaches, clubs and outlets which are available, the more opportunities' there are for participation there will be in the sport.
