  Starting from the first of August, I’ve been assigned for the position of Technical Trainer for new and existing Engineer as well as for our reseller and our customers in Europe. Although this work is not completely new to me, as I have been assigned many times and since a while not short for these kind of tasks it is however still representing a quite challenge and a huge responsibility that is not that easy to fulfil: First, because it is requesting a continuous and a constant care of the knowledge and the technical level of our Engineers which helps them appear at the required professional level and finding and deploying all kind of tools to communicate, share and forward the information on a easy way and to monitor their progress. secondly because it is also demanding from me a continuous acquisition and mastering of knowledge of our products which is considerable regarding our company’s Porte folio.Thanks to JVM and to everyone who put their trust in me, and I hope that I will be at the required and expectation level.
