  I am acting as a role of Applications manager for several main Applications in Imam University (E correspondence, SMS Gateway, SIS...) and the main duties are: - Maintain and review the whole applications documentations (Work plans, Reports, Changes, BRD, BRS, and SRS...)- Prepared reports in the usage of various applications and analyzed the future need of the applications- Work closely with application development teams and vendors to tune and troubleshoot applications and adapt the university requirements- Collaborate with other teams to work together (operation , System Development , analysis, Supports ) to ensure proper integration of the environment - Tests, debugs, implements, and documents programs. Assists in the modification of Applications to meet the needs of the end-users - Perform the daily monitoring and maintenance activities , assist in the day-to-day operations with department document and publish maintenance schedules and announcements - Fully responsible for problem management activities such as issue resolution and root cause analysis and raise the management reporting - Provide Level 3 support for the applications. Must be able to support 24 x 7. Also enable production support team to tackle Level 2 support and issues with front-end support- Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products - Sets up administrator and service accounts and manage the applications roles and permissions - Provides advice and high level training to end-users and the help desk in usage of the applications and provide the required support Show less
