The following are the current Roles and Responsibilities, undergone during the previous / current Experience, being worked from a ML Contractor side with ILF consultantAnd ( SWCC) client. * General supervision and inspect the installation, modification and commissioning of mechanical systems at construction sites * Monitor, verify, and document the work being performed through site engineers. * To ensure proper implementation of design at site. * Provide technical assistance to the construction team as needed. * Generate/Review material requisitions, submittals, and ensure contract performance measures are met. * Ensure that all mechanical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan * To coordinate with other engineering discipline * Evaluate the project construction to ensure compliance with standards for mechanical systems. * Serve as the Site Representative for all matters related to construction quality assurance of mechanical works. * Receive/action Request for Inspection (RFI) that apply to mechanical works. RFI’s requiring design feedback will be directed to the engineer manager for response. Review the responses for adequacy. * Preparation of installation method statements in coordination with the QA/QC representatives and check the prepared documents. * Advice the QA/QC personals for the ITP interference points. * To handle the complete Mechanical installation, testing, commissioning (HVAC, and other mechanical activities) * Plan, review, and coordinate design and construction operations to ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications *Investigate equipment and system failures or unexpected maintenance problems * To monitor and control expenses related to project work and ensure organizational forecasts and budgets are met for these expenses.
