Accept booking for Ocean Export and taking approval for respective person/ team, also from oversea agent.02. Issuing SO.03. Place booking to the carrier based on CRD and available Feeder and Mother Vessel schedule.04. Guiding supplier regarding handover goods at the required CFS.05. Prepare loading plan accordingly as per consignee’s requirement and issuing HBL.06. Following up with CFS concerned person to execute perfect container stuffing and loading.07. Chasing carrier concerns for secure vessel connection. Submitting SI and VGM.09.Submitting EGM in Asycuda on time and notify carrier.10. Prepare MBL, Sending Pre-Alerts and Oversea invoices.11. Accomplish the job file and all other costing related with the shipment.12. Prepare monthly report of handling shipments.13. Maintain 100% KPI
