Mohammed and I attended together the Leicester Masterclass during our MBA programme where I had a chance to collaborate with him on our group project. Mohammed demonstrated strong leadership characteristics, such as effective communication with his team players, ability to synthesize information and address opposing views, ability to provide his ideas and support his team in finding the best way to execute the project.
