‘Ridiculously efficient’ is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Mr. Ulfa. I had the pleasure of working with Ulfa for approximately one year at IBM Corporation, handling various aspects of Recruitment. When it comes to Heavy Work Loads, he tends to stress up. However, thinking from the positive perspective, the stress that he spread to the surrounding had allowed surrounding colleagues to make appropriate changes.
