I am currently serving as Technical Lead/Technical Manager for a government organisation in Abu Dhabi, reporting directly to the Head of Technical Delivery. I have a crucial role in designing and Implementing Processes Using the Flowable BPMN Designer As Technical Lead, I oversee the efforts of a team of ten or more experienced programmers in areas such as delivery, feature translation into user stories, and the creation of supplementary programmatic artefacts. I act as a central point of contact for all project groups, including developers, business analysts, project managers, and the enterprise architecture board. I participated in all stages of development, from initial concept through final deployment, and I am responsible for all aspects of the project from start to finish, including coding, creating tests (both unit and integration), and using agile principles to plan and monitor progress. I am in charge of spearheading the design and development of the database and the low-level design, as well as the creation of the business logic to the operation of the various modules (process design using Flowable BPMN designer and Activiti BPMN designer, using UML tools for use cases, workflow diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams). I have successfully implemented a full Continuous delivery methodology to boost the responsiveness, effectiveness, and efficiency of the team. I made major contributions in finalising a three-tier architecture design for the development of an application to accomplish a government-related commercial goal. I have analysed the technical requirements of the project and effectively implemented a wide variety of technologies, including Spring boot, JPA, Flowable, Spring Security, Spring AOP, DB2, AngularJS, Jasper Report, and others. As the Technical Lead/Senior Developer for the government agency in Abu Dhabi, I reported to the Application Delivery Manager on all matters pertaining to the delivery of software applications. As Technical Lead, I oversaw the work of a team of five or more senior engineers and was ultimately responsible for delivery, which included the transformation of features into user stories for use in the design and creation of any necessary components or artefacts. I was in charge of code review, as well as the creation and integration of complicated components and the Activiti BPM platform. I was in charge of coordinating everything from DEMOs to client meetings to requirement analyses to DEMOs to a workshop to clean up the backlog. I participated in all stages of development, from initial concept through final deployment, and was responsible for all aspects of the project from start to finish, including coding, creating tests (both unit and integration), and using agile principles to plan and monitor progress. I made significant contributions to the effort to modernise operations and logistic applications, and I delivered a Spring boot and Actviti BPM-based operations and logistic application. Using the camel integration framework, I connected the logistics application to third-party services like SAP and SwissLog. I was able to make the General Supply app accessible to Arabs by translating it into Arabic. As an Agile practitioner, I was able to get the systems out the door with virtually no bugs, and I taught my team how to be just as effective when they worked on future projects. I have successfully used/implemented a stack of technologies such as Spring boot, JPA, Spring Security, Spring AOP, DB2, AngularJS, Flowable, and activiti etc. based on analysis I conducted based on project requirements. As Senior Research Fellow, I reported to the Senior Project Manager/Research Head and was in charge of developing open-source, low-cost healthcare systems for Indian Government Hospitals. I served as the Technical Lead for a team of five or more Junior Research Fellows (JRFs) and contract engineers who were tasked with designing, developing, and delivering a variety of open-source healthcare projects for government clients including the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and other leading Government Hospitals in India. I participated in all phases of development, from initial design through creating unit and integration tests for the final product. I interacted with clients, analysed their needs, conducted demonstrations, led training sessions for medical professionals, and more. At the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, I played a crucial role in creating and launching an Advanced Pathology Management System (APMS) built on the free and open-source LAMP (Linux, Apache, and MySQL) software stack (AIIMS). I have experience as both an ISO internal auditor and as the author of numerous research papers that have been published in peer-reviewed international publications and presented at major conferences.
