To whom this may concern: I collaborated with Mr Mohammad Salahat, who is a Senior Occupational Therapist working for the Community Development Authority, since January 2017 as the SEND Coordinator at the International School of Creative Science in Nad Al Sheba in Dubai. We were IEP team members for special education students with various needs at ISCS NAS. I had the opportunity to observe him during therapy sessions as well as teacher and academic support staff consultations on many occasions to develop individualized goals for our shared students. His experience has allowed him the opportunity to develop others to best meet the needs and strengths of our students with special needs. His abilities to introduce holistic and student centred approaches allowed for best practices to evolve in a way that created a safe and comforting learning environment. Mr Mohammad possesses the qualities needed to be an excellent senior OT- kind, patient, and student focused. He maintains excellent rapport with his students. He is a dedicated therapist and an asset to his field. I highly recommend him in any establishment. Please feel free to contact me for further questions. I will be happy to expand on what I have stated above. Sincerely, Mrs Dalia Hesham
