Main responsibilities included to work on construction project lifecycle efforts such as RFIs, RFPs and RFQs in collaboration with sub-contractors by setting up master schedules, creating financial tracking documents, and conducting site surveys. Oversee procuring COIs, indemnification documents, construction permits and reviewing AIA contracts from 16-25 subcontractors on any given projects. Main accomplishments include having collaborated on a 14,000 Sq Ft bi-level residential property valued at $22M on the upper east-side by completing bottoms up analysis, pre-construction inspections, coordinating weekly site meetings, and finalizing close-out documents. Additionally, I led and assisted the implementation of CSI codes where it previously did not exist for 25 company projects which generated 20 hours per FTE of savings across 5 APMs, and 10 site supers at the company. Furthermore, I suggested and implemented the rollout of PlanGrid across the company and facilitated technology training to 20+ colleagues to implement within projects which allowed for an easier process to connect products, architects, subcontractors, and clients.
