  ➢ Design & Develop network infrastructure ,LAN,WAN configuration. ➢ Providing full IT system support & solution. Ensure smooth computer operations in the organization.Provide basic IT user training and orientation to local staff as needed. ➢ IT support to the End users and solving Technical problems in both a stand - alone a Network environment. Diagnosing office Desktop PC & solving hardware/software and replacing parts when required. ➢ Manage the Entire Hardware, Network & Software troubleshooting & Support Upto Two hundred Computers. ➢ Install & maintain Linux and Windows based server & OS. ➢ To configure & manage IT equipment's ( Router, Switch, Modem, printer, Firewall, IP camera,wireless router CCTV, IP phone, Access point & etc). ➢ Mikrotik configuration & Network Manage ( User manage, Bandwidth manage,etc). ➢ Maintain & Troubleshooting LAN Network of office. ➢ Ensure Data backup & restore server. ➢ Power system supports- UPS ,IPS & etc. ➢ Maintain IT stock Information. ➢ Handling & troubleshooting of IP Camera & CCTV Surveillance. ➢ Participate in all Network security solution & Ensuring Data security, Backup and Document for all users. ➢ To check preventive maintenance all IT equipment & IT inventory. ➢ Receive complain and the user to solve the problem over phone/ visit. ➢ Thunderbird & Outlook configuration & Assigned by management task. ➢ Control Wi-Fi access point using Mikrotik, Winbox. ➢ Maintain Attendance management system, IP PBX Zoiper server. ➢Ensure monitoring of data communication among head office to with factory and branch office. ➢Coordinate with vendors regarding their services. ➢Provide basic IT user training and orientation to local staff as needed. ➢ Remotely supports of branch office. ➢ End User Security support of Sophos. ➢ Install and configure new LAN connectivity ➢ Strictly maintain company IT policy as compliance procedure.
