  I had almost 28 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics. I served for Allied Engineering & Services, Zahid Tractor - Saudi Arabia and Reckitt Benckiser Pakistan. Currently working in Orient Parts Department Country level. We are dealing in 3 major product (GE Jenbacher, Cummins and Waukisha) Engines.Further details about our product line please visit our official WEB site. •Monitor achievement status of set targets and take corrective measures. •Ensuring adequate stock and inventory of goods and supplies for sale and interdepartmental parts requirements. •Establish a whole sale parts program including competitive pricing structure and monitor programs effectiveness. •Monitor parts sales channels to ensure its effectiveness in relation to set targets. •Select, hire, train and develop department personnel. •Monitor and control slow and non-moving stock levels within company guidelines. •Manage the entire scope of spare parts operations from inventory control, pricing policy (in coordination with the management), and warehouse & personnel management. •Ensure smooth logistics and minimize order to delivery lead time. •Maintain and manage inventory of parts for 800 Gas Engines (1 and 3 Megawatt) and more-than 8000 Cummins Diesel Engine. •Maintain and manage parts availability in our 3 nationwide spare parts warehouses. •Responsibility to generate month end parts department reports and forward to finance.
