Job Description: -Preparation of Financial Statement. -Fund Management & working Capital Management. -Preparing different kinds of accounts report and submitted to top level management periodically. -Review of Syndication loan & Term loan quarterly installment payment and reconciliation. -Factory cash management according to monthly Budget, Factory bill voucher justification. -Checked by all Payment, Journal, and Receipt & Contra Voucher as well as Software Posting. -Supervise Executive to monitor Accounts Receivable & Payable position of Respected SBU. -Monitoring of Sales policy & monthly Sales incentive review & justification. -Developing strategies that work to maximize profit. -Monthly Sales report preparation & presentation to top level Management. -Reconcile stock position, cash statement, bank statement, inter-company transaction, party ledger statement etc. Reviewing of factory production report. Review of Bank & Cash reconciliation. Individual tax assessment of the employee of a company for tax deduction. Review of Suppliers monthly AIT, VDS challan deposit.
