SEP 2015 – JULY 2019  Consistently achieved high pass rates and improved the learning experiences of my learners by planning and delivering engaging lessons for various levels while teaching general English and preparing them for international exams like PET, KET and APTIS.  Significantly improved the students' progression in their respective specialism by adopting certain techniques and approaches while delivering ESP sessions which included technical English and medical terminology.  Socially intelligent as I have always been, I managed to instill motivation and make my students keen on learning ,thanks to the excellent rapport ,support and team spirit that I maintained in my classes.  As a certified Cambridge examiner , who examined many students on KET and PET speaking exams ,I utilized the test candidates experience in exam preparation sessions to help learners reflect on and overcome fossilized errors and mistakes which strengthened their confidence  Designed effective PET and KET curricula and a bank of materials.  Supervised other teachers and delivered teacher training sessions (Presented demo lessons). As a teacher of the Canadian Language Center, which was in partnership with the Saudi Electricity Company, I was appointed to deliver general English and ESP classes to trainees of the Saudi Electricity Company in their training venue in Abha, Saudi Arabia. The trainees were adults aged 19+ and were training for a job in the Saudi Electricity company.  Taught the four skills of English to the trainees of the Saudi Electric Company who graduated from high schools and technical colleges.  Taught technical English for trainees of different majors.  Trained my students to improve their presentation skills and gain confidence when speaking English. (Toastmasters International)  Conducted short courses of English for the employees of Saudi Electric Company to develop their language skills in writing and speaking.  Administered tests, tracked and analyzed class performance.  Evaluated student performance and progress and communicated areas of concern to stakeholders. I taught English language to adults who are post secondary school students.Also I taught medical terms to students of different health majors and conducted short courses of English for employees working in the health field.My major educational achievement was designing English language curriculum which was accredited by the Saudi Council for Health Specialties.
