  - Supervises the Quality Control functions / activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of all Quality Records. Assesses the implementation of the project Quality Plan on site. - Allocates Quality Control personnel to the various areas for construction activities. - Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records. - Evaluates the qualifications of qaqc personal with regards to the activities assigned. - Evaluates the qualifications of welders and Non Destructive Test – NDT technicians with regard to the activities assigned. - Raises Corrective Action/Non-conformance reports as required and monitors their development and resolution. - Manages collaboration and measuring instruments and related certifications (calibration report & record). - Ensures the correct application of Quality Control phases for construction. - Preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP) & Quality Control Procedure. - Preparation of quality control procedure for client approval. - Reviewing the method of statement (MSD) prepared by construction. - Preparation of Inspection and Test plan (ITP) for Client Approval. - Preparation and distribution of quality control procedure. - Controlling and maintain the welding & NDT control database (PCMS / MAXTRAX / WICS). - Preparation of PWHT request and HT Request as per specification. - Tracking and monitoring the RT repair rate. - Controlling and monitoring Hydro test packages. - Reviewing the Hydro Test package NDE prior to hydro test. - Review and sign all documents for Mechanical Completion Dossier all discipline’s and ensure that all punch items are closed and sign by company. - Verification of Daily Welding Reports with NDE Reports requirement based on NDE Category. - Maintaining log of NCR & CAR. - Maintaining all revision for procedure and ITPS. - Preparation of all system turns over dossier requirement.
