Ibrahim is an excellent trainer and very passionate about teaching. His classes are engaging and he ensures that learners with a variety of learning styles understand the lesson. In skill development, the classes are unique and challenging in their own way. One such project where we worked together had students coming from varied backgrounds and having lower motivation levels. Ibrahim made sure that even in such a large classroom he catered to the needs of each learner. His students asked questions freely and Ibrahim could gauge the possible barriers to learning like lack of computer equipment to practice, lack of computer literacy (for example, he even patiently explained to a few students, how to download software), different levels of language or academics, etc. It was an absolute pleasure attending Ibrahim's class as an observer and I am sure he's every student's favorite teacher. Coming to managing training I think he meticulously planned the training and went out of his way to make the program a success. On a lighter note, there's fierce competition between Ibrahim the trainer, and Ibrahim the manager, and I don't know whom to vote for 😜 I wish him all the best for his future endeavors and of course have never left a chance to recommend his name to projects looking for an excellent trainer.
