Carry out Talent acquisition and recruitment process (managerial & non-managerial) of AEDesign and Batala engineering company, Lahore. Advertising Job vacancies on different job Portals (LinkedIn, Rozee, indeed & Galssdoor) source, screen and shortlist candidates using Bolean search and head hunting after initial interviews. Consult with departmental head about recruitment needs and requirements of the candidates. Conduct employee orientation and on-boarding process. keep Track of hired candidates and potential candidates in excel. Provide summarize reports to CEO about hiring, turnover and available vacancies using Dashboard. Keep company's Organogram updated excel or MS Visio; and draft company's policies as per ISO 9001 standards. Updating Job descriptions in consultation with departmental heads. keep HR documents up to date both physically and electronically along with employee database. Undertake tasks of performance appraisal and annual increments and keep track of record on excel. Assist in Payroll management of the company by compiling data related to attendance, overtime and other expenditures.
