Responsibilities of Logistics and Travel Officer • Shipments’ clearance in Kabul customs and Kabul Airport customs and delivery of equipments to the designated site. • Track down all the upcoming shipments and schedule the clearance process accordingly. • Maintain communication with clients and suppliers in all times in order to have the tentative arrival dates and time of the shipments. • Keep up to date track down of all the shipments previously cleared from the customs, tracking down shall include the data incorporated in the “G Form” of the customs which is called “Barge Khoroji”. • Maintenance of the data including costs of customs clearance in order to reconcile them with finance department when required. • Obtaining foreign countries visas for GTR stuff, i.e. guiding the travelers to fill the Visa Application Form, prepare the required documents package such as affidavits and financial statements. • Extension process of GTR Business License. • Extension/renewal process of GTR President and COO VIP passes and Vehicle Access Cards. • Obtaining and preparation of Afghanistan Visa for foreign visitors. • Maintenance and protect the equipments and storages of GTR. • Obtaining Work Permit for GTR Employees and any other foreigner when required.
