I worked with Faizan for four years while SKIDOS was expanding the business from 7 games to more than 50 games on two platforms, iOS and Android. During this transition we changed and improved our technology several times. Running a cross-platform and cross-app subscription service is a complicated thing where many different user journeys and corner cases need testing. Faizan has shown an incredible will and ability to learn and master new tools and technologies. It was only natural to appoint him to lead QA when the opportunity rose. In the manager role Faizan has shown leadership and managed to structure processes so, bundled with new tools, the performance of the QA team was nearly doubled. I will like mention that testing a subscription system, integrated in 50 different apps, on two mobile platforms is probably as hard as QA gets with my 25 years of experience in games and mobile. As CPO I could always trust Faizan to give me the truth about the product so we could make informed decisions on what to focus on next.
