- Project engineer on-board crane barge “TIM-B” (150 ton S.W.L., 8 points mooring anchors crane barge) participated in: • Strengthening of production platform F-10 in Belayim field (PETROBEL) through underwater installation of #26 clamp with 1 m length and #14 20” member with grouting the clamps. • Securing oil risers and conductors for platforms Ras Fanar A&B and Ras Badran B through Under water installation for riser clamps and conductor guards. • Installation of two boat landings for F-10 platform. • Maintenance for F-10 production platform including replacement of old gratings, handrails, painting and splash zone coating above and under water. • Securing inclined template 113-M-5 through removal of all well head piping connections and under water cutting for all structure’s broken braces . • Installation of 35 ton aluminum helideck for DP2 vessel Badr-1 while being in service. • Changeover of Ziet Bay 6 legs SBM with Ras Badran SBM. • Supervising fabrication of K clamp and member and their installation underwater for 113-M-6 template. • Case study for replacement of Elhamra terminal SBM with 8 points mooring legs with other SBM with 6 mooring legs (study included drawings of process, force calculations and design of chain connecting triangle plate) • Engineering study for project of repair 42” sealine feeding Borg ElArab lake (study includes design for project drwings, cost calculations, preparation of manpower and equipment required). - responsible for doing project's follow-up paper works during projects i.e. S-curve, weighing factor sheet,daily progress report & provisional and final acceptance certificates. - Maintenance of Barge's side anchors' winches, anchors' wires, main deck equipment include air compressors, sandblasters, welding and cutting equipment. - maintenance of diving equipment include DDC, surface supplied systems,air compressors and launching&recovery diver system.
