I have 4 + years of Maintenance Mechanical Engineer Experience with Vedanta Limited as an Assistant Manager (Maintenance) having strong understanding of all aspects governing Maintenance activities including equipment maintenance and managing of machine spare parts like Pumps, Gearboxes ,Ball Mill, Mechanical Seal, Shaft , Calciner and up to date knowledge of latest technological advancements, regulations/ guidelines and statutory compliances in the industry 1.Responsible for managing the team while training them for the professional and work developments and also to manage team’s concerns and grievances while providing them with various accolades to motivate them on a regular basis. 2.Responsible for Planning and execution of work related to Ball mill and PDS area. 3.Responsible for all the maintenance and operational problems and successfully managed to solve the legible problems, controlling the parameters well. 4.Responsible for Issuing permits for all the shutdown activities, PM Activities and monthly turn around processes. 5.Strictly adhering to all safety standards ISO-140001, 9001, 18001. 6.Involved in management of shop floor. 7.To prepare daily MIS reports on various Processes for Gear Boxes, Pumps, Spares. 8.Successfully closure of Preventive Maintenance and Notification of Ball Mill and PDS Area. 9.Responsible for daily updating of R-Code of Pumps and Gear Boxes in SAP HANA. 10.Completed the Overhauling OF PPT BSLV 15/16 Gearboxes. 11.PRE-Planning of Shutdown Activities of BALL MILL-2 during every monthly Shutdown. 12.Maintenance and overhauling of different equipment's like pumps, gearboxes and valves of central workshop. 13.Ensuring proper functioning of workshop by ensuring availability of spares equipment's. 14.Ensuring 100% compliance of PM and notifications.
