  Financial Aids Section: - Direct responsibility of Banner System for financial aids and payment of monthly rewards,Bonuses of excellence, handicapped allowances, etc.. - The processing of all kinds of marches issue, process and upload files to the exchange system of the bank . -receive files from the bank exchange system . - Direct responsibility for the documentation of all financial operations in files. - Student Fund dept. op.: -Direct responsibility of the reception of the files( Subsidies,Awards,Deposit,operations) from the student funds department,processing files and send to the exchange bank's system for implementation. -Direct responsibility for the settlement of accounts in financial records for students in the Banner system after a cash payment of advances. ATM Cards Dept.op: - Direct responsibility for the opening of accounts for all students and Process files to issue ATM cards. - Direct responsibility for activating ATM cards, close, reactivate or stop it. - Enrollment for the ATM cards bank files in the Banner system. - Open new accounts with transferring for the balance from the previous accounts. Admission and Registration dept.op: - Solve the problems of the students and apply the quarterly or annually updates if required. - Adjustment to the regular terms for all disciplines in the university in terms of the number of semesters for the entitlement to reward. Handicapped Services Center: -Register and link the students and the medical reports with the financial aids system. -Direct responsibility for the department rewards and the Department of Student Fund and the Department of ATM cards in the university branch in the city of Al-Ahsa. -Providing substantive and technical support to colleagues in the city of Al-Ahsa. -Provide all departments the reports and statistics required. -Implement most of the operations through software code that commensurate with each of the previous operations.
