  Audit Related External:  Drafting financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and relevant regulatory requirements under UAE Laws, after conducting initial and follow-up audits to ensure transparency and integrity of financial procedures. Presenting reports to management that includes discrepancies within data and possible risk aversions within organization.  Preparation of combined and consolidated financial statements for group of companies operating in UAE and other GCC countries. Internal:  Conducting the assessments of clients to identify the material weaknesses in internal controls, accounting methods, company policies, etc and presenting the management with reports stating overall weaknesses in internal controls systems, including recommendations for improvements in the areas of finance and operations.  Actively involved in obtaining and evaluating the information on the clients’ operations, processes, and business objectives to identify risk areas and analyzing the level of audit risks involved. Others  Performing special assignments, including agreed upon procedures reports, interim review reports, variance analysis reports, etc and ensuring the timely preparation and finalization of all deliverables within agreed time-frame.  Proactively interacting with key client management and accounting staff to gather information, resolve audit-related problems, follow-up and timely collection of audit fees.  Supervising, training, and mentoring junior associates and interns on audit process and assessing their performance for engagement reviews.
