Shade Trees Planting Leader

The Company planted more than 22,000 palm trees and 11,500 shade trees, 7.5 million ground cover pieces, and more than 500,000 square meter grass for the Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University project - the biggest project in Saudi Arabia (budgeted at a total of 32 Billion Saudi Riyals) which had a landscape contract signed at a total of 95 Million Saudi Riyal. In my role, I managed a team of 6 engineers, 17 foremen and more than 400 labours with 13 bobcat machines and 7 JCB. My team managed to successfully plant 10,000 with 32 varieties of shade trees throughout the project. • Managed my team to work in professional way, ensuring that all deadlines are met. • Ensures that problems arising from any of the project that involves my team (including but not limited to management of plants) are resolved with minimal cost. • Developed innovative ways of solving issues whilst facilitating the project Show less
